Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Prices

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are per session unless stated otherwise.
• Prices shown on the website and booking page are current at the time of booking. The final price may change after your consultation if a different treatment, amount or number of areas is recommended. We will always tell you before we start.
• Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Downpayment

• A $50.00 downpayment is required to secure an online booking. The amount is shown before you confirm.
• Your slot is held for 24 hours. If the downpayment is not received in that time, the booking is released automatically.
• The downpayment is deducted from your total bill on the day of your treatment.

3. Paying the balance

• The remaining balance is paid at the clinic after your treatment.
• We accept cash, debit/credit card and PayPal and GCash.
• Payments made by GCash, Maya, bank transfer, QR code or PayPal must be for the exact amount and include a valid reference number. Your booking is confirmed only after we verify the payment.
• Any fees charged by your bank, e-wallet or PayPal are paid by you.

4. Rescheduling

• You may reschedule once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your downpayment moves to the new date.
• Requests made with less notice may be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Cancellations, late arrival and no-shows

• Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment and your downpayment can be refunded or kept as credit for a future visit.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows forfeit the downpayment.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or move your treatment, and the full price still applies.

6. Refunds

• Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method within 7–14 working days. Transfer or processing fees are not refundable.
• Treatments already performed are not refundable. Results vary from person to person, and touch-ups or follow-ups follow your practitioner's advice.
• Retail products can be returned unopened within 7 days with the receipt.

7. Packages, points and gift certificates

• Packages and prepaid sessions are non-transferable and valid for 12 months from purchase unless stated otherwise.
• Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

8. Medical suitability

• Our practitioner may decline or postpone a treatment if it is not safe for you (for example pregnancy, certain medications or skin conditions). In that case your downpayment is refunded or kept as credit.

9. Disputes

• If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first at the clinic so we can resolve it quickly.
